COVID 19: How OSI Can Help

Even with the current pandemic, OSI business continues, from meeting prospective clients (often remotely) to ensuring customer success.

From our beginning, OSI invested in the best connections and tools we could to enable remote work. Our staff possesses deep experience in delivering outstanding services both virtually and in-person, with a distributed workforce serving clients located in the U.S. and internationally.

OSI understands how to keep implementations done on time and on budget through challenging times. Moreover, OSI maintains knowledge and experience in improving operations based on changing priorities.

We can re-engineer processes to make organizations more efficient and profitable, as well as help manage change and adoption to ensure your employees succeed.

Ongoing Support

OSI will continue to provide dedicated services and support. There are no planned changes to our current commitments on projects, tasks, and engagements. Our staff will work with your team to react quickly to any potential changes in policies or regulations that may impact ongoing initiatives.

Internally, OSI marketing and sales continue to provide valuable information to the marketplace. Project consultants, technical leads, and solutions engineers will continue to bring fast return on value to our customers. And internally, accounting and administrative teams will continue to support business management and on-time project delivery.

Customers should reach out to their respective OSI project consultants with any questions or concerns, from project status updates to timelines, from budget questions or new priorities. We are here to help in any way we can.

Committed Collaboration

Today marks the 10th anniversary of OSI incorporating. This date has a special meaning for us. We have experienced our share of challenges and opportunities, and we are better because of them. In these 10 years, we have committed to investing in our Staff and Customers, as well as all other stakeholders.

Unlike many of our competitors, OSI staff are regular employees, not contracted temps. OSI was
built from the beginning with resiliency and the desire to be the best partner
