Adriana is a dynamic, results-driven engineer-oriented, with 7 years of experience in improving productivity and delivery efficiency, optimizing logistics and leading continuous improvement initiatives. 

She is skilled in leading a team of 40+ employees, coordinating operations and driving improvements and optimizing resources where experience in data analysis led to effective action plans for KPI compliance. Well versed in strategy development, warehouse distribution and customer service.
